I apologize in advance for not having a solid policy just yet. I will update this as soon as possible.
In the mean time, the placeholder policy is that there are no returns or refunds once a purchase is completed. All my products are made by a highly skilled specialist and the quality control will be personally inspected by myself. This will go as far as sending back any defects on a product such as one bad stitching to my producer.
But PLEASE!! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase because of problems like potential defects, do not hesitate to contact us. I still care and will negotiate depending on the situation as long as it's within reasons. We want to make sure that all of our customers have a positive and happy shopping experience. As of now however, the quality control should not be an pressing issue since we do not have multiple products that require undivided attention.
Also, I am not responsible for lost packages by USPS, please understand and let me know if you want to pay extra $2 for signature delivery.
